Asheville North Carolina, a great place to live
Asheville is situated in the west of this great southern state. It is located at the confluence of the French Broad and Swannanoa Rivers in a river-formed valley that runs 18 miles north and south. I couldn’t believe it when I went there. Gargoyles looked down from old buildings and huge old trees lined the streets. I felt that I was in Europe, not in an American city at all.
